Icici Prudential Life Insurance Co

We work out of Flat No-301 in Navi Mumbai. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't feel like a typical stiff office for Icici Prudential Life Insurance Co. Maharashtra can be very humid, but being up on the third floor gives us a bit of a breeze sometimes. We have a few desks set up in the main room and some filing cabinets pushed against the walls. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the busy streets below. Navi Mumbai is quite organized, but it still gets noisy with all the cars and bikes. We spend our day managing the accounts and talking to people on the phone. It’s a pretty quiet environment inside the flat most of the time. We make our own tea in the small kitchen area. There isn't any fancy signage outside, just the door number. We like it this way because it’s peaceful. Sometimes the lift in the building takes a long time, so we just take the stairs if we are in a hurry. The work is steady and we have our own way of doing things. We don't follow any corporate scripts or anything. It’s just us doing the job as best as we can. Most people who come here are locals from the nearby blocks. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of this neighborhood over the years. It’s a simple life for us here in 400705 and we like the local feel.
