If you are looking for Ibgen Foundation, we are in Shop 6-8 at Sakina Manzil in Kausa. Being in a shop-front rather than an upstairs office makes things a bit different. We see everything that happens on the street. Kausa is a very lively place, and Sakina Manzil is right in the thick of it. We have these three shop units joined together to give us enough room to work. It’s not like a mall or anything; it’s a traditional local building. The shutters go up in the morning and that’s our day started. It gets dusty because of the road, so we are always wiping down the desks. We have some plastic chairs for when people stop by to talk. There isn't any fancy decor or air conditioning that works perfectly all the time. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Having the office at street level means we are part of the daily life here. People walk by, wave, or sometimes pop their heads in to ask a question. It’s a very direct way to live and work. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us handling the paperwork and making sure things move forward. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit by the door for some light. It’s just how things are in this part of town. We like the grit and the reality of being right here in Kausa.
