We are Hsp Impex Llp, and you can find us at D/002, Ground Floor, Juinagar Railway Complex, Juinagar (W). Being right by the railway complex means we hear the trains all day long. It becomes like background noise after a while, you don't even notice it anymore. We chose this spot because it’s easy to get to. The office is on the ground floor, which is great because we don't have to deal with elevators when we’re moving stuff in and out. It’s a bit dark inside since we don't get much direct sunlight, but we have enough lamps to see what we’re doing. We mostly handle import and export paperwork and logistics. It’s a lot of coordinating with trucks and making sure the timing is right. Sometimes things get delayed and we have to spend the whole day on the phone sorting it out. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We have a small kitchenette where we make lunch. It’s usually just something simple like dal and rice. We’ve been at this Juinagar location for a few years now. We know the other shop owners nearby and we help each other out when we can. It’s a good little community. We just keep our heads down and do our work at Hsp Impex. That’s about it for us really. We are just here doing our job at the ground floor and making sure things move along.
