The HR and Admin team for Prince Pipes & Fittings Pvt. works out of our office in Dombivili East. We are located at A-106 in the Bhadreshwar Dhamn Society, which is on Nandivili Road. It’s a bit different because we aren't in a typical office building. Being in a residential society makes the whole vibe a lot more grounded and less like a cold corporate environment. We handle all the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps the pipe and fitting business running smoothly. That means a lot of paperwork, managing employee files, and taking care of the daily administrative chores. We have a small group of people here who have been working together for a long time. We don't really use big professional jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We just know that if the admin work isn't done right, everything else slows down. The office can get a bit noisy when the society is busy, but we don't mind it. It feels like being part of the local community. We spend our days answering questions from staff and making sure all the records are up to date. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it is necessary. We like being in Dombivili and have made this office our home base for all things HR. We just take things as they come and try to be as helpful as possible to the rest of the company.
