We are based over in Mumbra, specifically at B/35 Anand Society, right near the Parsik Tunnel. If you know the Thane area, you know this is a busy, lived-in spot. Hirco Developments Pvt Ltd, which is part of the Hiranandani group, runs its local stuff from here. It is a simple setup in a residential society. We like being here because it feels like being part of the real world, not some isolated office park. We don't really do the whole polished corporate thing. Our day usually starts with tea and a look at the project schedules. There is always something to fix or someone to call. The office is often full of papers and people coming in and out to discuss work. We deal with construction and development, so things can get a bit messy and loud sometimes. Being near the tunnel means we hear the trains, but you get used to it after a week. We are just a team of people trying to get buildings up and running.
