Hiranadani Construction

Our small office for Hiranandani Construction is located in Thane, Maharashtra. We are over at Rutu Estate, specifically in building D2, room 103. It’s a residential area, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the main city traffic. We’ve been here in the 400 607 pin code for some time now. We handle the local construction side of things. It’s not a huge operation with hundreds of people in suits. Usually, there are just a few of us in the office managing the sites and the workers. We have blue prints spread out on the tables and a lot of phone calls to make to the sites. The office is a bit cramped, but it works for what we need. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek lobby or fancy coffee machines. We just need a place to organize the projects and keep the supplies moving. Thane has grown so much since we started, and we've been right here through it all. Most of our work is right in this vicinity. We know the local suppliers and the guys who do the heavy hauling. It's a lot of coordination and making sure things stay on schedule despite the rain. We don't always get everything right on the first try, but we keep at it until the job is done. It’s just regular construction work. We show up early and stay until the paperwork is finished for the day.
