Hindalco Industries Limited

Our spot is right on the Thane Belapur Road, specifically at D-9 in the Hindalco Staff Colony. We are right opposite Vitawa in Kalwa. It’s a busy area with a lot of traffic, especially during peak hours. Being in Thane 400605 means we are right in the middle of the industrial belt. Hindalco Industries Limited has had a presence here for a long time. The colony itself is where a lot of the workers and their families live, so it’s a tight-knit community. You see kids playing and people heading to the market after their shifts. The office part of it handles the local management and some of the technical oversight for the region. It’s a lot of coordination between the different departments. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. Usually, it’s just meetings to discuss the day’s production or any maintenance issues that cropped up overnight. The air around Kalwa has that industrial smell, and you get used to the sound of the trains and trucks. We keep a simple routine. Work starts early, we take our lunch breaks together, and then we finish up what’s on the plate for the day. It’s a functional place where everyone knows their role. We focus on keeping the operations running smoothly without making too much of a fuss about it. It’s just how we operate here in the Thane area, keeping things moving.
