Our shop is located in Mira Road East, right inside the RNA Courtyard at E 405. It’s pretty easy to find since we are sitting right next to the Poonam Complex, which everyone around here knows. Being in Mumbai means things are always moving fast, and our office is no different. We handle a lot of the local logistics for Hilti India Private Ltd. from this spot. It’s not a huge space, just a practical one where we can keep track of everything coming in and going out. Some days it gets a little cramped when there are a lot of deliveries, but we make it work. The staff here has been around for a while, so we know the area well. We don't really have a big reception area or anything like that because we’re usually too busy working on the actual tasks at hand. You might see us grabbing tea nearby in the afternoons. It’s a decent place to work, even if the commute can be a pain some days. We just try to get the job done right and keep our customers satisfied without a lot of talking. It’s mostly about managing the daily grind and making sure the orders are straight. We like the Mira Road area because it feels like a real community. If you stop by, you'll see we are just regular people working hard. There are no corporate scripts here, just us doing our daily jobs.
