We work out of No. 101 in the Hercules building, which is part of the Lodha Paradise complex. It’s one of those big residential areas where there’s always something happening. If you are looking for us, you have to navigate through the main gate and find our block, which can be a bit confusing for delivery drivers. Our space is mostly filled with wires, speakers, and different screens. It’s not really a place designed for hosting big meetings, but more of a workshop where we figure out how to get the audio and video stuff working right. Sometimes we’re out at a site all day and the office stays locked, but usually, someone is here tinkering with a sound system. The neighborhood is mostly families, so we see a lot of kids playing outside while we’re carrying equipment in and out of the van. It gets pretty humid here, and we keep the fans running all day long. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees; it’s just a small group of us who know our way around a cable. Usually, we are just dressed in casual clothes because the work is a bit hands-on and dusty. We’ve had some people from the other buildings drop by just to ask for advice on their home setups. It’s a decent spot to work from because everything you need is pretty much within the complex walls, and the security guards know us by name now.
