Hemant Clinic

Our clinic is tucked away in Ashirwad Nagar, over in the Kamatghar area of Bhiwandi. It's a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads. We’ve been here a long time, serving the people who live in the houses around us. The clinic is simple, nothing like those big city hospitals. We have a small room where we see patients and a place for people to wait. We mostly deal with the common stuff like flu, stomach aches, and minor injuries. People just walk in, we don't really do the whole fancy appointment system. You come in, sit down, and we see you when it's your turn. Sometimes the wait is long, especially during the monsoon when everyone seems to get sick at once. We use paper records for everything, so we have stacks of folders in the corner. The building is old and shows its age, but it works for what we need. We aren't trying to impress anyone with decor. We just want to make sure people get the medicine they need. The staff is just one or two people. We know most of the families in Ashirwad Nagar by now. It’s a small operation, but it’s important for the folks here. We stay open until the last patient is seen, which can be late sometimes. It is just how things go in a neighborhood clinic like this.
