Our place is over in Dombiwali East, specifically in Jayaram Patil Chawl. If you are looking for us, we are in Room No 3 of Chawl No 2. It is right across from Mahalaxmi Medical, which is the easiest landmark to give people. Being in a chawl means you’re never really alone; there is always someone talking in the corridor or the sound of the neighborhood coming through the windows. Hdil is a small operation, and we like it that way. We don’t need a big glass tower in Mumbai to do what we do. Kurla is mentioned in our name sometimes because of our roots, but this spot in Asadegaon is where we spend our days now. It’s a tight-knit area. We know the people at the medical store and the families living nearby. The room is simple, just enough space for our files and a couple of us to sit. It gets warm in the afternoons, but that’s just how it is in this part of Maharashtra. We don't bother with fancy talk or big promises. We just wake up, come to the chawl, and get to work. People around here know us as the Hdil folks. It’s a basic, no-nonsense setup that suits the way we like to work. Nothing more, nothing less. Just a local business staying busy in a busy neighborhood. We stay focused on what needs doing and don't make any fuss.
