It’s a straightforward environment, and we think that’s the best way to stay productive. Being based in a place like this keeps us connected to the local rhythm. We’ve been at this for a while and have found a good flow in this building. There isn't a whole lot of mystery to how we run things. We show up, work on our stuff, and try to make sure everything is done right. It’s just a small local business making its way on HM Road and we are okay with that.
