If you are looking for us, we are on the first floor of the Simantini Building, which is number 6/7. This is on G. Gupte Road, part of the Gaondevi Housing Society in Dombivli West. It’s a busy part of the suburb, and the station isn't too far away, so there is always people moving about. We have been working as builders and developers in this area for quite some time now. Our office is pretty simple, with just enough room for our desks and some chairs for when people stop by to ask about new projects. We spend a lot of time looking at land and talking to the local authorities about permits and all that stuff. Building houses in a place like Dombivli is a big job because space is tight and everyone wants a nice place to live. We are just regular people who know how to put a building together. We don't have any big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people seeing our signs at construction sites or hearing about us from their neighbors. It can be stressful when materials are late or the weather isn't helping, but we just keep at it. We like being part of the local community here and seeing the town grow as more families move into the buildings we help create. That is basically what we do every day.
