H&R Johnson (India) Ltd has a presence here in Kalyan-West at Sahyadri Nagar. We’re located over by the Birla School and the R.T.O., at Suman Suresh Iyer’s place. It’s a bit of a specific location, so you have to keep an eye out for the landmarks when you’re coming by. Kalyan is a busy place, as anyone who lives here knows, and the traffic near the R.T.O. can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours. We’re just part of the local team trying to keep things running. Our daily routine involves a lot of checking orders and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The office environment is pretty low-key. We don't have a dress code or anything like that, just comfortable clothes for a long day of work. Sometimes we order in lunch from one of the nearby stalls and just eat at our desks while we talk about whatever is on the news. We aren't interested in sounding like a big shots. We just handle the business and try to keep our customers satisfied without making a big production out of it. It’s mostly just hard work and a bit of luck to keep everything on schedule. Most of us have lived in Maharashtra our whole lives, so we’re used to the way things work around here.
