Our office is located over in Thane West, at 7 Vishal Tower on Kolbad Road, zip code 400601. If you live around here, you know that Kolbad Road gets really packed with traffic during the morning and evening rush. We have been working out of this tower for quite a long time now. It is a very busy building with a lot of different kinds of businesses all around us, but we just stick to our small corner and do our work for Hafele India. We deal with a lot of hardware and home items, but we are not here to give you some kind of sales pitch. We mainly handle the administrative side and try to make sure the products get to the right places. Most of our day is spent on the computers or talking to the guys at the warehouse. It can be a bit repetitive sometimes, just looking at spreadsheets and order forms, but that is what we do. We do not have a fancy coffee machine or a special lounge area for breaks. It is just desks and chairs and plenty of paper stacked up. We try to be as helpful as we can when someone calls with a question, but we are not polished professionals who use scripts. We just talk like normal people do. Thane is a decent place to work, even when it gets really humid outside. We just keep the fans going and work through the orders.
