Our office is in the Nagar Parishad Bazar Ward in Bhadrawati. We are at the place of Dhananjay Dadaji Gundawar. Being in the bazar ward means we are right where the action is. You can hear the market from our windows. It’s a lively atmosphere. We aren't tucked away in some quiet office building. We are part of the daily grind. The work we do is pretty straightforward. We manage the Nidhi records for the city and the surrounding areas. There is always a stack of papers on the desk. We don't have a corporate hierarchy here. We all just jump in and do what is necessary. Some days are busier than others, especially when the market is full. We know the local people and they know where to find Gundawar’s place. It’s an honest, local operation. We don't spend time on branding or fancy logos. We just make sure the books are balanced and the entries are correct. It can get a bit hectic during the festival seasons. But mostly, it’s just a steady flow of work. We like being in Bhadrawati. It’s our home and our workplace. There is a lot of dust from the road sometimes but we just sweep it out and keep going with the day's tasks.
