Gundecha Builders

You can find Gundecha Builders at A/304 in the Diamond Tower. We’re part of the Milan Park Complex on Unitech Naka Road in Tirupati Nagar Phase II, over in Virar West. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s a good spot once you get there. The office is on the third floor. It’s a typical workspace with plenty of light and a lot of paper everywhere. We’ve been operating out of this tower for a while now. We don't have a giant lobby or a fancy waiting room. Usually, people just come in and pull up a chair to talk. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at site plans. Virar West is growing fast, and we’re right in the middle of it. It’s a lively place to work. We aren't a corporate giant with a PR team. We’re just a bunch of people who know how to build things and how to manage a project from start to finish. We make mistakes sometimes, like anyone else, but we always try to fix them as soon as we can. Our days are long and usually involve a lot of running around to different sites. We stay in this office because it’s central to everything we do in the area. It’s not the fanciest place in the world, but it’s where we get our work done and meet with people who drop by.
