Guiding Star Realty Private Limited is tucked away in Thane at the Palika Bazar. We occupy Gala No. 141, which is part of the Kothari Compound in the Kapurbawadi area. If you know Thane, you know how busy Kapurbawadi can get with all the traffic and the shops. Working out of a gala is quite different from a regular office building. It’s a very practical, ground-level kind of life. We share the compound with all sorts of other businesses, so there is always something going on nearby. It can get a bit noisy with the trucks and the people moving goods around, but we’ve grown to like the activity. Our space in Gala 141 is where we keep all our records and meet with anyone who stops by. It’s a straightforward setup with just the essentials—desks, chairs, and a few filing cabinets. We don't spend money on fancy signs or expensive rugs. Most of our day is spent handling the nitty-gritty details of our work. Sometimes the dust from the compound gets in, so we spend a fair bit of time cleaning our desks. It’s just the reality of working in an industrial-style bazar.
