Growth Heads Digital Llp

We are based in Thane West, specifically in Flat 303 of the Bloomingdale building. It’s inside the Hiranandani Estate, just off G B Road. It’s a nice enough area with plenty of trees and paved walks. Our office is basically a converted flat, which gives it a very relaxed feel. We have our desks set up in the living area and the bedrooms. It doesn’t feel like a corporate office, and that’s how we like it. Growth Heads Digital Llp is a small group. We spend most of our time staring at monitors and drinking coffee. Since we’re in Hiranandani Estate, it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road. We can actually hear ourselves think. We don’t have a big HR department or a bunch of managers. We just talk to each other and get the work done. Sometimes we go for a walk around the estate when we need a break. It’s a good environment for being creative and staying focused. We’ve got a small balcony where we sometimes sit for five minutes to get some air. We’re not into big fancy meetings. We just sit around the table and figure things out. It’s a simple way to work, and it’s been working for us so far. Thane is a good home for us, and the commute isn't too bad most days. We just keep things moving along.
