Navi Mumbai is quite spread out, but we are in a pretty recognizable spot since we are near the D Mart. Most people in Seawoods use that as their main landmark, so it helps us explain where we are. Green Building Design & Commissioning Consultants Pvt Ltd operates out of this small shop space. It’s not a huge corporate headquarters, just a practical office where we do our consulting work. We have a few desks squeezed in and a lot of technical manuals stacked on the shelves. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels a bit quieter than the commercial hubs in Vashi or Belapur. We like the pace here. Sometimes it gets a bit busy around the housing society, especially in the evenings when people are coming home or heading to the shops.
