Our company, Gramworkx Agrotech Private Limited, is situated in Thane West. We are in the Hiranandani Meadows area, specifically in the Ixora B building, Flat 1001 on the 10th floor. It’s a bit different from your typical farm-based company since we are in a high-rise in the city. But this is where we handle all the technical and management sides of our agro-business. From up here on Pokhran Road 2, we have a good view, but our minds are usually on the data and the fields far away. The office is just a regular apartment that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s got a few desks, some computers, and a lot of coffee cups lying around. We spend our days looking at screens and talking to our field staff over the phone. Being in Thane gives us access to a lot of resources, even if we aren't right next to the soil every day. It’s a busy life, and the traffic on Pokhran Road can be a nightmare, but we make it work. We are a small team and we don't really go for the corporate look. We just wear our regular clothes and focus on the tasks at hand. It's a mix of city life and rural interests. We try to keep things simple and avoid all the unnecessary fluff that comes with being in a big city like Thane.
