G.R. Industries

You can find G.R. Industries over at number 16 in Wagle Estate. If you know Thane, you know how busy this industrial area can get. It’s all warehouses and small factories around here. Our building is a bit older, with some character in the walls and floors. We deal with industrial parts and there’s always a faint smell of oil or metal in the air. The trucks are constantly pulling up to the loading bay, and there’s a lot of shouting back and forth to get things moved. It’s a noisy place, especially during the middle of the day. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you come to see us, you’re basically walking right into the workspace. We have a small office section sectioned off with some plywood and glass where we handle the billing and phone calls. It’s dusty work, and we all have our hands full most of the time. Maharashtra’s humidity can be tough in this part of Thane, so we keep the windows open when we can. We've been at Wagle Estate for quite a long time. The staff has stayed the same for years, so we all know how to work around each other. We don't go for big speeches or marketing plans. We just take the orders, check the inventory, and make sure the boxes are packed right before they leave the estate. That's the way we've always handled things.
