Our office is on the third floor of Mauli Apartment, which is right behind the petrol pump in Vasai West. It’s in the Sagarshet area of Thane district. Being on the third floor means we get to see a bit of what’s going on outside, but mostly we are focused on the work inside. We handle express services, so there is always a sense of urgency. The office is usually full of the sound of people talking on phones and typing away. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s where we get things done. Being near the petrol pump is actually pretty handy for directions. Vasai is a busy spot and getting packages in and out requires a lot of planning. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we've been here for a while and know the local area inside and out. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which keeps us moving. We spend a lot of our time dealing with shipping documents and tracking numbers. It’s a lot of detail work that people don't always see. We just try to stay organized and keep the shipments moving through Thane and beyond. It’s a regular office with regular people who know how to handle the daily grind of the logistics world.
