Our building isn’t anything special to look at, but it suits what we do. We deal with technical stuff, so there are always parts and tools lying around on the benches. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. Most of us are in work clothes because things can get a bit greasy or dusty. The 23rd Road is always full of trucks and delivery vans, so there’s a constant hum of engines outside. We don’t have a big receptionist or a lobby. Usually, you just walk in and someone will look up from what they’re fixing to help you. We handle a lot of technical synchronization work, which requires a bit of focus. Sometimes we lose track of time when we're trying to figure out why a part isn't working right. We’ve been in this spot for a long time now. The office chair in the corner has been squeaking for three years, and we still haven't fixed it. That’s just how it is here. We focus on the machines and the client orders rather than the decor. It’s a busy, practical environment where we just try to get the jobs done on time. We take our breaks together and talk about the news or the weather.
