Genuine Home Care

Our place, Genuine Home Care, is over in Bhayandar West, right in the Abhinandan building, room 303. It is near Cross Garden, which is a nice landmark if you are trying to find us in Thane. The pincode is 401101. It is more of an office setup than a shop floor. We handle home care things, and honestly, the phone rings more than the doorbell does. It is just a small team of us here. We have a few chairs that have seen better days and a lot of files stacked up on the tables. The view of the Cross Garden area is okay, though we usually have the blinds halfway down to keep the sun out during the peak afternoon hours. It is a bit of a climb up to the third floor, but it keeps us moving. We do not go for any of those big corporate slogans or fancy logos. We are just local people trying to help out other locals with their home needs. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, and we have to take the stairs, which is not fun in the humidity. We know most of the other people in the building by now. It is a very normal, everyday kind of environment. We just sit here, do the paperwork, take the calls, and try to keep things organized. It is not fancy, but it is our workspace and it works for us.
