Our spot for Genco India Pvt Ltd (Arshiya International Ltd) is Room No. 14 in the Shanti CHSL building. We are right on the Thane Belapur Road in the Kalwa West area. If you know this road, you know how much traffic there is at almost any time of day. It’s a very busy part of Thane and being here means we are right in the middle of all the action. The office is inside a cooperative housing society, so it’s a mix of businesses and people living their lives. Our room is just a basic office space where we manage the operations. There are usually a few of us here hunched over desks, checking spreadsheets and talking to the warehouse teams. It’s a lot of coordination because the road outside is such a major artery for transport. The walls are a bit plain and we’ve got stacks of files in the corners, but it works for us. We don't spend much money on making the place look pretty since we are mostly focused on the logistics data and the movement of goods. Sometimes we step out for a quick snack at the stalls nearby when the work gets too intense. It’s a high-energy environment because of the location, but inside the office, we try to keep things organized. We've been here long enough that the noise of the trucks on Thane Belapur Road just blends into the background now.
