Our office is located in Thane West, at the Vasant Leela Complex. We are in Flat 601 of the Preranan Apartment building. If you are driving down G.B. Road, you will find us in the Vijaynagri area. It is a big complex with lots of people living and working around here. We handle a variety of international service tasks. It involves a lot of computer work and talking to people who are overseas. The time differences mean some of us are here at odd hours of the night. The apartment itself is pretty standard for the area. We have some desks, chairs, and a small area where we make tea. It is not a flashy corporate headquarters. We prefer it this way because it feels more personal and less stiff. Thane has grown so much lately, and G.B. Road is always packed with cars and buses. We see the city changing right from our office window. Most of the staff live nearby, so we are very much a local bunch of people. We do not use any fancy management jargon or have long meetings about nothing. We just sit down, log in, and get to work on the accounts and files that need attention. Sometimes the internet glitches or the heavy monsoon rain makes it hard to commute, but we always manage. We have been part of the Vasant Leela community for a good while. It is just a regular workplace where we try to get things right and help out where we can.
