GB Architect

We are located in the Shubharambh Complex, over in Building Number 7. Our office is Flat Number 1 on the ground floor, so nobody has to worry about climbing stairs to come see us. Being near Tikujiniwadi in Manpada makes it easy for people to find us since everyone knows that landmark. We aren’t some big, fancy firm with a hundred employees. It is just a few of us here working on designs and trying to make sure things actually get built correctly. Most days, our main table is completely buried under blueprints, site photos, and various bits of stationery. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors or out at construction sites where we usually end up getting our shoes pretty dirty. It is the kind of job where you really have to look at the small details or things will go wrong later. We try to be very direct about what can be done with a space. If the budget is tight or the site is in a difficult spot, we just talk about it plainly without any sugar-coating. There is no real point in making things sound more complicated than they actually are. We have been here in the Manpada area for a good while now and we like being part of the local scene. People walk in with all kinds of ideas, and we just try to turn them into something that actually works.
