Garvari Foundation

Garvari Foundation is run out of our place at Green Hill CHSL in Kandivali East. We’re in Wing 3A, Flat 501. It’s a busy building, but we’ve made a little space for our work here. People in the area know us mostly as neighbors first. We started this because we wanted to do something useful with our spare time. Kandivali is a crowded place, and there’s always someone who could use a bit of help or some guidance. We spend a lot of our time just organizing things and talking to folks around the plot. It isn’t a corporate setup by any means. We have our files and a desk, and that’s about it. Most of the real work happens outside these walls. We try to stay grounded and focus on what’s right in front of us. Sometimes the elevator is slow, or the parking is a mess, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. We don’t use big words or make huge promises. We just take it day by day. If there’s a problem in the neighborhood we can help with, we try to be there. It’s been an interesting journey so far. Staying in a residential complex keeps us close to the people we want to help. We’re just regular people trying to make a small difference from our little corner in Wing 3A. It keeps us busy and gives us a reason to stay connected with everyone. Being at Plot 171/1A/34A is convenient for everyone involved. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
