You can find us over at Rajniketan Society in Shahad. We’re in the D/24 section, right near Hotel Sapna, which is the big landmark everyone uses to find us. Shahad is a busy part of the Thane district, and being near the hotel means there’s always people moving around outside. The society itself is a bit older, so it has that lived-in feel to it. Our office is basically a converted space that fits what we need. It’s not one of those shiny new buildings in Mumbai, but it gets the job done. The noise from the street can be a bit much during rush hour, but we usually have the windows shut anyway to keep the dust out. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but it’s not too bad if the weather is okay. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make tea, and that’s usually where most of the talking happens. People in the society are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. It’s a practical location for us since we’re close enough to the main roads but still have a bit of our own space. Nothing fancy goes on here, just us sitting at our desks and getting through the paperwork. It feels more like a community spot than a big company headquarters, and that suits us just fine. Most days are just about managing the logs and keeping things organized.
