Our setup is over in Belapur, specifically at Plot B-37 in the Agroli area. It's not a flashy office building. We operate out of Flat 1, which serves as our main base for everything we do with the aquaculture side of things. If you know the Ges area in Belapur, you know it has a certain feel to it. We spend most of our time thinking about water levels, tanks, and the life cycles of what we are growing. It's a lot of monitoring and checking things over and over again. Some days the equipment acts up and we have to spend hours fixing a pump or a filter. We aren't corporate types; we usually have wet boots or dirt on our hands. The business is about patience because you can't rush how things grow in the water. We talk a lot about temperatures and feed types while we sit around the office. It’s a quiet kind of work compared to the city center. We like being in Belapur because it feels a bit more connected to the coastal side of things. Most of our neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours to check on the tanks. It's a practical life, making sure everything stays healthy and the business keeps ticking over from one month to the next. We just take it day by day and hope for the best with each cycle.
