We are located on the fourth floor of the Empire Ways building, right above the Hotel Royal Challenge. Most people find us by looking for the Nitin Company landmark across Mangal Pande Marg. Being in Thane, especially this part of it, means there is always a lot going on right outside our windows. Inside, it is mostly quiet though, just us working through files and papers. Dealing with numbers and tax stuff is what we do all day. It’s not the most exciting work for everyone, but it’s important and we take it seriously. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the office has a lived-in feel to it. There are usually stacks of folders and the sound of keyboards clicking. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees, so when someone calls, they usually talk to one of us directly. It keeps things simple. We try to be straightforward with people because nobody likes complicated talk when it comes to their money. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit noisy, but we’re used to the pace of Mumbai and Thane by now. We just show up every morning, drink our tea, and get through the tasks for the day. It’s a steady routine and we like it that way. If you're coming by, the lift in the building is usually working, but sometimes it’s quicker to just take the stairs if you're feeling active and want some exercise.
