Franchise Industry Private Limited is located at B 402 Elitra Casabella Gold Townshippalava City, Lodha Heaven. We are based out of the Palava City area, which is a bit of a distance from the main Mumbai hub, but we like it here. Being in the Elitra Casabella Gold Township means our office is in a residential setting, which makes the whole workday feel a bit more comfortable. We have our setup in apartment B 402, and it’s basically just desks and computers where we manage everything. We work in the franchise industry, which involves a lot of coordinating between different parties and keeping track of a lot of moving parts. It’s a lot of emails and phone calls, and the occasional meeting in the living area. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that; it’s just a small team of us working together. The Lodha Heaven area is pretty quiet, so we don't have the usual city noise to deal with, which is nice. We spend our days going through spreadsheets and making sure all the details for our projects are correct. It’s simple, steady work and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We just focus on getting through the tasks we have each day and keeping the business moving forward in our own way.
