Forbes & Co. Ltd

We are set up in Sai Siddhi Apartment, right across from where the Vijaya Bank used to be in Belapur CBD. Being in Flat 301 means we get a bit of a breeze on most days, which helps during the humid months in Navi Mumbai. Our space isn't very large, just a regular apartment turned into our workspace, but it serves us well enough for what we do here at Forbes & Co. Ltd. You might see us grabbing tea at the corner stall downstairs in the mornings. It’s a busy area with lots of people rushing to the station or heading into the various offices around the CBD. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the traffic and the local vendors calling out their wares. It’s not a fancy corporate tower with a marble lobby or anything like that. Instead, it’s just us sitting at our desks, getting through the pile of work we have each day. Sometimes the lift takes forever, so we just take the stairs to the third floor. It’s good exercise anyway. People who come to visit usually find us easily because of the bank landmark across the street. We don’t have any big signs or neon lights out front. Most of the people in the building know us by now. It feels like a small community here. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to stay organized in our little corner of Mumbai. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just an electric kettle that gets used a lot.
