You can find us at units 2 and 3 in the Manish Industrial Estate No. 1 over in Vasai East. It is a typical industrial setup for this part of the world. We deal with valves and chemical-related equipment mostly. The morning starts with opening up the shutters and letting some air in. Vasai has grown so much lately, and the industrial zones are always humming with activity. Inside our space, it is mostly about precision. We have machines that take up most of the floor, leaving just enough room for us to move around. We are not a massive corporation with thousands of employees. We are a smaller team where everyone has to do a bit of everything. One minute you might be checking a seal, and the next you are helping load a crate. It gets pretty loud when all the lathes are running at once. We take our tea breaks seriously because it is the only time we sit down. The air usually smells like machine oil and coolant. Sometimes we run into problems with parts not fitting right, and we have to stay late to fix it. That is just part of the reality of manufacturing. We do not have a polished front office. If you come by, you will likely find us on the shop floor with grease on our hands and tools in our pockets.
