We are located over at A-244 in the TTC Industrial Area, which is part of the Mahape MIDC in Navi Mumbai. It’s a huge industrial zone, and we’ve been here for quite a while now. Flueron Inks is basically a small factory and an office combined into one space. You can usually smell the ink when you walk through the door in the morning. It’s not a fancy office with carpets and glass walls; it’s more of a functional space where we get things done. We have machines running and people checking the mixtures to make sure the colors are right. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when the weather is humid like it usually is here. We don't have a big PR department or any marketing people. It’s just the owners and the staff working together every day. We spend a lot of time on the floor making sure the production is what it should be. The roads in Mahape can be a bit rough, and the trucks have a hard time getting through the traffic sometimes, but we manage to get our products out on schedule. It’s a busy place with a lot of noise from the neighboring units. We’ve grown a bit over the years since we started, but we still operate in the same way, focusing on the production and the customer orders. It’s a very hands-on business. No one here is afraid to get their hands a bit dirty.
