Floterra Exim Private Limited

We are located in Thane, specifically in the Silver Arch building at Samata Nagar. Floterra Exim Private Limited is in Flat A/102. It's right in the J. K. Gram area. Like a lot of businesses in this part of Thane, we operate out of a residential society. It keeps things simple and the overhead low. We handle export and import tasks from here. The living room of the flat is basically our main work area now. We have desks pushed up against the walls and plenty of filing cabinets. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. It’s a short walk from the main road, which is convenient for grabbing a quick snack or meeting someone. We spend most of our time tracking containers and talking to agents at the port. It’s a lot of coordination work. Sometimes we work late into the evening when there's a big shipment going out. The balcony has a few plants, but we mostly use it for a quick break. It’s not the kind of place you’d expect a global trade company to be, but it works perfectly for us. We don't need a big flashy office to stay organized. We just focus on the logistics and making sure our clients are updated. It’s a small, dedicated operation here in Silver Arch.
