First Step Agro Llp

First Step Agro is located on the first floor of Regency House. We are right near the telephone exchange and opposite Vishnu Dars. It’s a bit of an older building, but it serves us well for what we do. Being on the first floor is nice because we don't have to rely on the elevator too much. The area around Regency House is usually full of people and small shops. We started this LLP to get our foot in the door of the agricultural sector, hence the name First Step. It’s a modest office with some basic furniture and a lot of paperwork. We spend our time coordinating with suppliers and trying to figure out the best routes for our agro goods. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters. There are stains on the walls and the ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking noise, but it's home for our business. We like the location because it’s easy to tell people where we are—just tell them we're near the telephone exchange. The vibe is very local and grounded. We don't have a marketing department; we just talk to people face to face or over the phone. Every day is a bit different depending on what's happening with the crops and the transport. We just take it one step at a time and try to keep everything moving without making things too complicated. It’s a small operation but we stay busy.
