Firefly LED Products (P) Ltd.

We are based out of Unit No.6 in the Nirav Indl. Estate over in Sativali. Firefly LED Products (P) Ltd. isn't a massive operation, just a regular unit in a row of others. When you walk in, you'll see a lot of boxes and parts waiting to be put together. It's an industrial space, so the floors are concrete and the ceilings are high. We have a small office section, but most of the action happens out in the main area. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving for everyone. We spend a lot of time checking things and making sure the pieces fit where they should. It’s a lot of manual work and standing around benches. We aren't big on fancy corporate talk or long meetings. We just discuss what needs to be finished by the end of the shift. The estate can be a bit chaotic with trucks coming in and out, but we've found our rhythm here over the years. Most of the staff live around Sativali or take the local transport to get to work. We know the other people working in the nearby units too. It's a bit of a community in that way, with everyone just trying to get their work done. We just keep our heads down and focus on the LEDs. It is a simple, hardworking environment without any unnecessary frills.
