You can find us in Thane West, specifically in the Majiwada area. Our office, Fidelis Property Management Llp, is located at A-801 in the Thane One building, which is part of the Dil Complex. It’s a pretty tall building right on Ghodbunder Road. If you’ve ever driven down that road, you know how packed it gets with cars and trucks at all hours. Being on the 8th floor gives us a little bit of distance from the noise, but you can still hear the horns honking down below. We spend our days managing different properties, which involves everything from checking on repairs to handling the monthly accounts. It’s not the most exciting work, but it keeps us busy. Our office is fairly basic. We have a few computers, some desks that have seen better days, and a corner where we keep the coffee machine. We aren't a huge firm, just a group of people who know how to manage buildings. We try to be practical about things. If a pipe breaks or a tenant has a problem, we just deal with it. It’s about being around when people need us. We like being in Thane because it feels like a place where things are always growing. There is always a new project or a new building going up nearby. We just keep our heads down and do our part to keep things running smoothly for the owners we work with. The Dil Complex is a good spot for us to be based out of.
