We are based out of B-104 in Kirpaul Baug. It’s right on the Old Bombay Pune Road in Kalwa West, Thane. If you're driving by, you might miss it if you aren't looking. Feedback Business Consulting Services Pvt Ltd isn't some giant firm with a glass building. We are just a local operation in a familiar neighborhood. The office is functional and we keep it tidy. Thane has its own pace, and we’ve adapted to it over the years. We handle consulting work, mostly sitting at our desks and talking to people on the phone. It's not glamorous work, but it’s what we do. The road outside is usually busy with people commuting between Mumbai and Pune. We like the location because it’s accessible. Inside, it’s just us and our files. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; usually, one of us just gets the door. It’s a very hands-on way of running things. We don't try to make things more complicated than they need to be. We just provide the services we say we will. Most of our day is spent looking at data or writing reports. It's a steady rhythm that we've gotten used to. We've been in Kalwa for a while now and we know the area well. It’s just us doing what we know how to do best, day in and day out. We don't need any fancy lights or signs.
