If you’re ever near Waghbilnaka on GB Road, you might pass by Dev Darshan Phase 2. That’s where we have our little office at Exemplarii Hr Consulting Llp. We’re on the first floor in Wing B3, specifically in Flat No.102. It’s not your typical high-rise office setup, but it works well for us. We handle a lot of HR consulting tasks from this space, which basically means we spend our hours looking at hiring trends and helping out with staffing issues. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs sometimes when the lift is acting up, but we don’t mind. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we go through our emails and spreadsheets. Being on GB Road means there’s always a lot of traffic and movement outside, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees; it’s just a handful of us who know the industry well. We talk to a lot of different people every day, and each one has a different need, which keeps things from getting boring. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We just take our work seriously and try to get things right for the people who come to us for help.
