Evermark Realty Llp is located in the Louiswadi area of Thane. We are over in the B Wing of Anurag CHSL, specifically on the first floor in Flat No. 14. It is on Green Road, and if you know the area, we are quite close to the Accolade building. Our office is a quiet little spot. Since we are on the first floor, we don’t have to wait for the lift most of the time, which is a plus. The office is pretty simple—just some desks, chairs, and a few cupboards for all the files we have to keep. Being in Louiswadi, we are tucked away from the main highway noise, though you can still hear the city moving. We focus on the local property market around Thane. Usually, there are only two or three of us in the office at any given time. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking to nearby properties to show them to families. It is a very hands-on kind of job. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, with tea cups on the desks and stacks of newspapers in the corner. It’s just a normal workplace for normal people who need help with buying or selling their homes. We keep things plain and simple for everyone.
