Everest

Up here in Thane, things are always changing, but our office at N.G. Vihar has stayed pretty much the same. We are located at 4/602, which is right across from Laxmi Park in the Shastri Nagar area. It’s a decent spot, away from the worst of the highway noise but still busy enough. Pokharan Road No. 1 is just right there, so getting in and out isn't too bad if you time it right. We spend our days here at the desks, looking over paperwork and talking on the phone. The office is inside a residential complex, so it feels more like a home than a big corporate center. We have some plants by the window that don't get enough light, and the filing cabinets are getting a bit full. Usually, it's just the sound of the keyboard and the occasional tea delivery. We don’t really do big meetings here; it’s more for the day-to-day tasks that keep everything running. People from the nearby buildings often walk by on their way to the park. It's a quiet existence compared to the center of Mumbai. We’ve been in this N.G. Vihar flat for a long time, and we know the security guards and the local shopkeepers. It’s a simple setup for Everest, just a place to get the work done without any extra fuss or fancy decorations on the walls.
