Euro Developers Pvt. Ltd is based out of Virar West, specifically in the Gagangiri Chsl building on Boleshwari Road. We are in the A/3-203 unit. Being in Chawrewadi, Bolinj, we are quite a distance from the main Mumbai hub, but this area has its own rhythm. The office is where we handle the planning for our development projects. It’s a typical apartment-style office space, so it feels a bit more personal than a cold corporate building. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of maps of the local area pinned to the walls. Most of our work involves checking on sites in the Vasai and Thane districts. It’s a lot of traveling back and forth, dealing with local regulations and making sure the construction is moving along. We aren't a massive firm, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day I might be at the desk, and the next I’m out in the sun at a site. The building we are in is quite lively with other residents and businesses around. Sometimes the lift doesn't work right, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good exercise I guess. We try to stay focused on our current projects and make sure we aren't taking on more than we can handle at one time. It’s steady work. We usually finish up late and head home to prepare for the next day.
