Essar Constructions

Our office is tucked away at 406 / B Daya Sagar here in Mumbai. If you know the 400607 zip code, you know it can get pretty crowded around here. Essar Constructions isn’t some massive enterprise with a lobby and a receptionist. It is basically just a room where we get things done. We have a couple of desks piled with papers and some old chairs for when clients come over to talk about their renovations. Mumbai life is fast, and we try to keep up with it, though sometimes the traffic makes getting to a site take twice as long as it should. We’ve seen the city change a lot from this office. Buildings go up and come down, and we’ve had our hand in a fair share of the smaller projects around this part of Maharashtra. It is noisy outside most of the time, but we don't mind it much anymore. We deal with the usual stuff like plumbing issues, masonry, and getting the right permits. It’s not always easy, especially when the rains start and everything slows down to a crawl. We don’t have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. Most people find us because they saw our name on a board at a nearby site or heard about us from a neighbor. We just show up, do the work, and go home to get ready for the next day.
