Essal Fabricator Pvt. Ltd. is located in Thane West, specifically at Dashpute Niwas in the Dashrath Chawl area of Lokmanya Nagar, Pada No. 4. It’s a real grassroots kind of place. Fabrication is hard work, and doing it in a busy chawl area like this means we are always surrounded by the community. You can hear the sounds of metal being worked on from the street. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning and plush chairs. It’s a practical workshop where we get our hands dirty. We make all sorts of metal structures and parts as per what the local contractors need. It’s often hot and noisy, but that’s the nature of the trade. We have a few guys who have been doing this since they were young, and they know more about welding than any textbook could teach. Sometimes the space feels a bit cramped when we have a big project going on, but we make it work. Thane is a crowded city, so you learn to use every inch of space you have. We don't spend money on marketing or fancy websites. Most of our work comes from people knowing where we are and what we can do. It’s a humble setup, but we take pride in the stuff we build. We just keep our heads down and finish the jobs as they come in. There's always something new to weld.
