Our office is located at 104 in the Ridhima Housing Society. It might seem a bit unusual to find a company like Espee Coatings Pvt. Ltd. inside a housing society area at Plot No. 88, but it actually works out quite well for us. Koperkhairane is a lively part of the city, and being in Sector-15 means we’re close to everything we need. The office itself is pretty simple. We’ve got a couple of rooms where we handle all the administrative stuff and take calls. Since we are in a residential-style building, it’s got a bit more of a comfortable feel than a cold factory floor or a massive skyscraper. We know our neighbors, and they know us. Most mornings start with the sounds of the neighborhood waking up, and we’re usually already at our desks by then. There is always a bit of a mess with various samples and paperwork lying around. It’s a practical space. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. People come by to discuss things or just to drop off papers. We’ve been here long enough that the local delivery guys don’t even need the full address anymore. We just keep our heads down and do the work from this corner of Sector-15. It’s a honest way to make a living for the whole team here. We don't need much more than this little spot in Koperkhairane.
