Our office is located at C-10/101 Nilgiri Garden in Sector 24. This is right in CBD Belapur, which is a busy part of Navi Mumbai if you know the area. It’s a decent spot with a lot of other offices around, and the Nilgiri Garden building is easy enough to find. We do a lot of developing work, which basically means we are always looking at blueprints or arguing with vendors about delivery times. Being in Navi Mumbai is a bit different than the main city, things feel slightly more spread out but it’s still crowded. Most mornings start with a lot of coffee and a lot of emails. We have a few desks and some old cabinets full of project files from years ago. Sometimes we take the train, other times we drive, depending on where the site is that day. The humidity here can be tough, especially in the monsoon when everything gets damp. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish the current project so we can move on to the next one without too much trouble. Our staff is local, so we know which tea stall has the best snacks nearby. It's a steady job and we’ve been at it for a while now. We just stay focused on the bricks and mortar side of things and try to keep everyone on schedule as much as possible.
