Elvis Presley Estates, Resorts & Infrastructure (Opc) Private Limited is run out of Alak Nanda CHS in Nerul East. We are over in Sector 19A, which is a fairly settled part of Navi Mumbai. The office is in Plot No 15, and since it’s an OPC, it’s a pretty personal operation. We don’t have a floor full of cubicles or a bunch of managers running around. It’s more of a dedicated space where we handle all the resort and infrastructure planning. It’s a quiet spot, which is good for getting things done without too many distractions. Navi Mumbai has a different feel than the main city, a bit more space, though Nerul is getting more crowded every year. We handle a lot of different things, from land details to resort ideas, and it all happens from this desk. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do; we just look at the land and see what can be built there. Sometimes the work takes us out to the sites for days, but we always come back here to finish the paperwork. It’s a simple way of working. No fancy slogans or anything like that, just a small business trying to make things work in the real estate world from our little corner of Nerul. It’s just one person mostly, making sure things get sorted out properly. That’s how we like it. We don't have much more to add beyond that.
